We began our house search with Lisa in early 2021. Lisa had been recommended to us from a friend who had recently used her as an agent to purchase a condo unit in Toronto. Because we were living in Windsor, we had very limited experience with the Toronto real estate market or with Toronto real estate agents. Our friend had been very impressed with Lisa and suggested we team up with her for our house search. We took his advice and we were not disappointed. From our very first meeting Lisa was friendly and professional. Lisa was an exceptional communicator and enabled us to do most of our searching and research from Windsor. When we came upon the perfect home in early March she was able to give us the insight that we needed to be successful on the very first property that we bid on. Needless to say, we were extremely happy to have been able to purchase this perfect home in such an incredibly challenging market. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure we made the transition from selling our old home to purchasing new . We were comfortable that Lisa was dealing with all the behind the scene issues and keeping as informed. She introduced as to staging agent for the house and she made some suggestions as painting the walls to get the top price on the market., and she rocked . Lisa is the best in negotiating and when you get your property on the market she will make your dreams come true .
